Instructions: fill the included 1liter reservoir and ensure the cap is screwed on correctly. Connect side and shoulder straps to the front panel and adjust to achieve a snug fit high on your torso. The drink tube can be positioned over the shoulder or under the arm and attached using the included clip or elastic loops. Rotate the bite valve to open.
